AUNT MARY: a slant term for cannabis, often used to refer to the plant in a discreet way.

BLAZED: a slang term for being under the influence of cannabis.

BLUNT: similar to a joint, but instead of a rolling paper, a blunt is made with a hollowed-out cigar wrapper or other tobacco paper.

BUD: the actual plant material of the cannabis plant that is harvested, dried, and cured.

BONG: a water pipe used for smoking cannabis that can cool and filter the smoke.

BOWL: a small, pipe-like smoking device used to smoke cannabis. The bowl is typically made of glass or metal and has a small compartment where cannabis is placed and then lit.

CANNA-BUTTER: a type of cannabis-infused butter used in cooking and baking.

CANNABIS: a plant species that includes several varieties, including marijuana and hemp.

CBD: cannabidiol, a non-psychoactive compound in marijuana that is believed to have therapeutic effects, such as reducing anxiety and inflammation.

CHRONIC: a slang term used to describe particularly strong and long-lasting strains of cannabis.

CONCENTRATES: a highly potent forms of cannabis that are extracted from the plant and can be used in various ways, such as dabbing or vaping.

DOOBIE: a slang term for a marijuana cigarette, or joint.

DUGOUT: a small, portable container designed for carrying and smoking cannabis flower.

EDIBLES: cannabis-infused food and drinks that can produce a longer-lasting and more intense high than smoking.

EXTRACT: a concentrated form of cannabis that has been processed to remove the plant material and leave behind the active compounds.

ENDOCANNABINOID SYSTEM: a complex biological system in the human body that plays a role in regulating various physiological and cognitive processes, activated by the cannabinoids found in cannabis.

ENTOURAGE EFFECT: the theory that the full spectrum of the cannabis plant works best together - the interaction between all of the compounds from a cannabis plant, such as phytocannabinoids and terpenes, come together to enhance their effects
